Has anyone every been able to use Halseo Backup suite to rebuild the bootloader? Every time I click on that option, assuming it was like Reflect's fix boot option, there's no bootloader to fix.

I'm sorry that the Rebuild MBR feature can only be used to rebuild MBR, so it won't help you rebuild bootloader or fix boot option.
