Cannot boot a USB HDD on iMac - cesarjames - 12-11-2024 Hello, I used Hasleo’s WinToUsb software to install Windows on a USB HDD, but when I go to boot options on startup, it isn’t there. How do I fix this? RE: Cannot boot a USB HDD on iMac - admin - 12-11-2024 Which partition scheme did you choose when creating the WTG? Mac computers are UEFI-based computers, so you should choose “MBR for BIOS and UEFI” or “GPT for UEFI” partitioning scheme when creating WTG.
