error when backing up a system - [email protected] - 04-26-2025
I'm notified of an error 0x1EC90036000000E9 every time I try to backup a system.
email I receive:
subject: [❌Failed WORKGROUP\DESKTOP-C3SI6T1] Hasleo Backup Suite notification message from "System Backup 20250304163552"

Backup task to: \\10.0.20.225\public\karen\System Backup 20250304163552

The task failed with 0x1EC90036000000E9.
I have no clue where to look. Please assist.

" > "Save log file" to open the save log file dialog, save the log file and then send it to us via email at [email protected]. And please provide some screenshots if possible.
