1TB USB-HDD, Next-Butten stays gray while trying to install win10 - AMC2000 - 09-05-2017

I'm trying to install Windows 10 on a 1 TB WD-Elements drive.
After selecting the drive i dont get any dialog asking if i want to go for MBR or whatever. after selecting any Partition it still doesnt work (whether primary, raw or no partition at all) the Next-Button stays gray and i cant install the OS to it.

Are there Any Solutions?
If i should send something, pls tell me exactly what to do

Thanks
AMC2000

You need to manually create the partitions if you are using an external hard drive to create Windows To Go, please read the setp 2 of the user's Guide carefully:

First of all, sorry for nor reading carefully enough
sadly im not able to boot from the disk now, with a 64GB usb stick its possible, but im not able to manage it with the External drive.

Please convert the external hard disk to MBR partition scheme and create two or more patitions (one small FAT32 partition for the system partition, one NTFS partition for the boot partition, and other partitions for data partition), then use WinToUSB to create Windows To Go following the guide below:
http://www.easyuefi.com/wintousb/faq/en_US/How-to-use-WinToUSB.html

The best partition layout is as follow:
Partition 1 FAT32   500M         System partition
Partition 2 NTFS     ...G           Boot partition
Partition 3 ...          ...G           Other partition
...                                         Other partition

In particular, both the system partition and boot partition must be primary partition, and we recommend using built-in Windows Disk Management to partition and format the disk. This type of Windows To Go drive can boot both BIOS-based and UEFI-based computers.

Are those format types mandatory for those two partitions btw?

The boot partition must be NTFS and the system partition can be NTFS or FAT32. The USB drive can only boot up BIOS-based computer if the system partition is NTFS partition, please read this guide carefully:
