Yes sure I don't have other hasleo backup exe files, the version is 5.0 beta 1. I have a computer that supports windows 11 with tpm secure boot enabled and all the latest windows updates installed.

When I make an iso or a usb stick of the rescue disk I always choose the winpe from my computer. I remade an iso this one by checking download the winpe components, and it works, the iso boots on the legacy bios computer. The problem is that the winpe keyboard is not azerty of my country, it must be qwerty, to type the password it is not easy, I succeeded anyway. The winpe components of my computer no longer work on the legacy bios computer, I do not know why. It may be because of one or more windows update KBs. I am on the windows 11 24H2 version, it has a lot of bugs that microsoft must correct over the KBs.
