I tried with the version you gave, it doesn't work.
I installed it, rebooted the computer, I made an iso rescue disk for ventoy, and then I did it on a usb key.
Still the same problem, the blue windows logo appears, I wait for the loading circle, it doesn't come the computer restarts.

Are you sure you have 241203 version installed? It uses the exact same Windows bootload file as V4.9.5.

Yes sure I don't have other hasleo backup exe files, the version is 5.0 beta 1.
I have a computer that supports windows 11 with tpm secure boot enabled and all the latest windows updates installed.

And are you sure you've recreated the WinPE ISO? It's too weird and shouldn't happen.

Yes I have remade a winpe iso since version 5.0 beta 1.

I found the solution. When I make an iso or a usb stick of the rescue disk I always choose the winpe from my computer. I remade an iso this one by checking download the winpe components, and it works, the iso boots on the legacy bios computer.

The problem is that the winpe keyboard is not azerty of my country, it must be qwerty, to type the password it is not easy, I succeeded anyway.

The winpe components of my computer no longer work on the legacy bios computer, I do not know why. It may be because of one or more windows update KBs. I am on the windows 11 24H2 version, it has a lot of bugs that microsoft must correct over the KBs.

You're right, this should be the cause of the problem.
