Is there a way to migrate a WinToUSB install to bootcamp somehow?

Windows 10 activation is annoying now as well. I have a dead Windows laptop that I backed up with WinToUSB, but I have to boot externally now, which is slower than I want.

I'm terribly sorry, I'm not familiar with bootcamp, so I don't know how to migrate a WinToUSB installation to bootcamp.
