About limit size win7 ur later link at August alr not exist anymore..

WinToUSB is a tool for creating Windows 10/8.x/7 to go drive, it doesn't support creating portable Windows XP. And Your USB flash drive is too small, you need a 16G or bigger usb flash drive.
