Multiple VHDs on portable hard disk

I have installed a Windows 10 ISO to a VHD on the USB harddirive, but now would like to add others and then have a boot menu come up to be able to select which VHD to boot to.

Is this possible?

Yes. It is Possible! You need to manually add the boot entry to Windows BCD using bcdboot.exe.
