Error 0x019D01508000FFFF

Hi,

today, my scheduled backup to my NAS (via SMB3) failed with this error:

Quote:Disk/Partition Backup
Task name: PC1
Backup mode: Incremental
Backup task to: \\10.9.8.240\backups\PC1
Compress level: Low
Encryption mode: None
Start time: 12/27/2024 01:16:10 PM
Issued time: 12/27/2024 01:17:13 PM

The task failed with 0x019D01508000FFFF.

It was the second incremental to a full backup.
Backups are time scheduled to start 1 minute after the PC was booted up.

When I retried from the GUI later, it went through without any problems.

Specs:
- OS: Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.2605), fresh installation from 2024-12-23
- HBS v5.0.2 (Dec 23 2024)

I sent logs to [email protected] with a link to this thread, hopefully they can somehow help.

Please download and install this version below, restart your computer and try the backup again to see if the problem persists?

Hi,

new version works perfectly, thank you!

What I did:

I first tried to reproduce the error:
- So I deleted the newest incremental backup and
- reset TaskConfig.xml and OperationLog.db to yesterday's version
- After a restart the backup ran again and failed with 0x019D01508000FFFF again.

Then I tried the same with the new version, backup went through without problems  Big Grin
