Cloning Error

Hello,

I am attempting to clone my current Windows 10 build to USB but continue to get an error message "Unsupported File System. (0x0005009000390000)
The software successfully formats my usb drive and the system reboots but then does not move past 0% and fails with this error.

Sorry, it seems that the boot partition on your Surface Pro 3 is encrypted by using BitLocker Drive Encryption, we do not currently support it.

Hello qtmhlgrm,
I had the same issue with windows 10 on a surface 3. The device is encrypted. To fix turn Bitlocker encryption off. Go to Start button enter encryption and select device encryption settings,  select manage Bitlocker, select turn off Bitlocker. To turn Bitlocker encryption back on you will need the Windows 10 recovery key.

I had the same issue with windows 10 on a surface 3. The device is encrypted. To fix turn Bitlocker encryption off.
