Hello,
  I got this on a server 2016 essentials.

Are you sure you are using Windows Server 2016? This issue should only exist on Windows 7/Server 2008 R2 and earlier operating systems, as the driver uses new driver signing (SHA-2 code signing), which is not supported in these older operating systems. For Windows 7/Server 2008 R2 and earlier, Windows KB4474419 update needs to be installed to support the new driver signing (SHA-2 code signing), here is the download link for KB4474419:

Yes it's Server 2016 Essentials. I did an uninstall and re-install and the dialog didn't appear this time.
I'll let you know if this happens again.

Because the driver use modern driver signing (SHA-2 code signing), which is not supported by these older operating systems, this problem should only occur on Windows 7/Server 2008 R2 and earlier.
