Generated Windows USB stick does stuck on boot screen

Well, learn more sent me here.

I tried WinToUSB to clone my windows system to a 32gb usb.

It worked the first time. foolishly I tried it again, and it wiped the usb then failed

win wanted to format the usb to see it

diskpart said the volume was fs raw.
