My motherboard is Gigabyte EP45-UD3.

One other thing do you know how to setup AHCI disk mode in BIOS of that motherboard because i tryed to set it up but i think i did not set it up properly because i could not boot windows after that also could not install windows after that untill i reverted changes.
Try resetting bios by pressing F9 or the option that displayed on your bios screen in exit section.
Additionally you can check in peripheral/boot section for ide/ahci mode...
