To confirm if I understood this right:
1. Use a preferably different computer (better/faster CPU) to create the "Windows To Go" USB using the same steps.
2. Then try to run the portable windows created from our custom HW device
Shall give this a try and update my results.
Yes, create a "Windows To Go" USB on another computer and make sure that Windows boots properly on that computer, then try to run it on the custom HW device.
