Since USB 2 is very slow, it will take a long time to clone a large amount of data, and if you don't want to wait any longer just need to terminate WinToHDD, technically your hard drive shouldn't be damaged. Whether a disk is bootable or not is determined by the data stored on the disk, so I don't understand what you mean by "why does your software rven allow to cline to a none bootable drive", please explain.
