Scheduling/PAUSE Issue

I'm not referring to not skipping schedules when a scheduled event is paused.  @Froggie indicated a schedule still ran after an event was unpaused even though the scheduled time for that event was passed while the event was paused.  @admin said that's not how it's supposed to worked and it would be fixed, not I.  However, I agree...

I only suggested an additional idea that if the "Run missed schedule at the next system startup" was checked maybe the missed backup due to the pause could actually run when unpaused because having this option checked seems to indicate it is important to the user to run missed backups.  It was an idea only, a suggestion; I'm not married to the thought by any means.  Just an idea for future implementation if management/developers liked the thought is all.
