In "Reinstall Windows" part, program need download WinPE.
Can I "Reinstall Windows" in offline mode? Without install WinPE online? I have not internet in my office.

Please go to the bin folder under the installation directory of WinToHDD, open "WinToHDD.ini", change "WinpeGetType" from 1 to 0, then restart WinToHDD and try again.

Problem still exist in 2.3 version.
Program downloads WinPE in online mode, and if windows be offline, the Error show.
Also, "WinpeGetType" in "WinToHDD.ini" is 0 in default.

There's no crash file here, the program may be blocked by ant-ivirus software, so please temporarily deactivate your anti-virus software or add our WinPEDownloader.exe to the list of allowed applications (may be called Trusted Applications/Whitelisted applications) of your anti-virus software and try again.
Sorry, my mistake, if the application WinToHDD is running, then PEDownloader did not work parallel, you must close the WinToHDD application before opening PEDownloader.
