I've just tested the new driver signed with sha256, it seems I was right, it works like a charm
No more error 577 when srtating the driver.
Mounting and unmounting works.

That's true for any kind of driver...

I didn't know, I also have drivers that install without restarting, such as Nvidia GPU. It was also to inform people who are in the same situation . 
On a legacy/mbr/no secure boot computer after updating to version 4.8.1 the computer must be restarted.
