Hasleo Backup Suite V4.9.3 Released!

What's new in this version:
1. Fixed an issue where data changes to FAT partitions were not detected correctly in some cases.
2. Fixed the encoding issue of notification emails
3. Fixed an issue where the settings for notification emails could not be changed
