Popup Status message upon backup complete

I have setup (successfully) incremental backup when USB drive is connected.
It would be helpful if the popup message confirming the completion of the
backup did not automatically disappear. 

I would prefer to manually acknowledge the message... that way if
I was away from the computer while it was backing up, I would be
informed (when I returned) that the backup was finished without
having to do alternative checks.
