Hasleo Backup Suite v5.0.2 backup operation failed

Hi Hasleo,
On my Dell Latitude 5420 (SSD,UEFI BIOS)
The backup issue only occurred in version 5.0.2:
Code:
Backup mode: Full
Compress level: Low
Encryption mode: None
Checking file system, please wait...
The operation of checking file system is complete.
Backing up, please wait...
The backup operation failed, please contact us for support.
Unknown error. (0x0043015000000005)
The operation was not successful.
Backup operations in v4.9.5 and v5.0.1.1(beta1) complete normally. What's wrong? Huh

I have the same problem with v.5.0.2:

Initialisierung, bitte warten...
Sicherungsmodus: Vollständig
Kompressionsgrad: Mittel
Verschlüsselungsmodus: Keiner

To further analyze the issues, please click "[Image: memu_normal.png]" > "Save log file" to open the save log file dialog, save the log file and then send it to us via email at [email protected].

2.1 Uninstall third party software
    2.2 Remove ONLY third-party VSS Providers in the registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\VSS\Providers\{xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx}.
    2.3Restart Windows.
    3. Retry Hasleo Backup Suite.
I pasted the code below into Notepad, saved Clean_VSSProviders.reg and run it to fix. It worked for me.

Be careful not to remove the default software provider (Microsoft Software Volume Shadow Copy Provider) abnormally.

Please disable the backup filter in the backup options to see if the issue still persists?

Still not working, even with disabled Filter
The backup process ran for 22 minutes when it aborted with the common error already mentioned (0x0C7706200000570)

Which antivirus software is installed on your computer? One user reported that the issue was caused by Kaspersky.
