Which antivirus software is installed on your computer? One user reported that the issue was caused by Kaspersky.

Built in Windows 11 Security solution, i will try a turning it off

We double-checked the code and didn't find any issues, and we couldn't reproduce the issue on our end. Can you try temporarily disabling antivirus software to see if the issue still persists?

I disabled the antivirus from Win 11 but still same problem

Try putting the HBS installation folder into antivirus exceptions. Try performing a backup by booting from WinPE HBS.
