I want to use WinToUSB to install a fresh Windows (Windows 10 Education 64 Bit) on my USB flash drive and to be able to upgrade this Windows installation with Windows To Go Upgrader. What are the required size of the USB flash drive? Are 32 GB sufficient? I would use the "clean up system files" feature of Windows before upgrading, because I know Windows needs a lot of disk space for temporary files.

We haven't tested exactly how much disk space you need to upgrade Windows 10, but we think a 32G drive is too little. And we don't recommend using a USB flash drive to install Windows 10, as USB flash drives are slow and Windows 10 may not run smoothly.
