Hasleo Backup Suite issue

Had two problems today with Hasleo Backup Suite. This morning I tried to open the program but it would freeze completely. Then Windows would not close, had to make a hard reset. Tried it twice with the same result.  minecraftle game
How to solve it?

Is the issue reproducible? Did you set up a backup task to run at system startup? How long did you wait to make sure the program was frozen?
