Change Backup target

Hello,
  It doesn't allow me to change (edit current backup) the backup target to a new disk (old failed).

Any ideas ?

ps:
Also if you format the new drive will not find the path.
This Seems due "System Backup" folder is missing, if you create it it works.
It should check if it not exists and create it and if it can't create it then show the error.
