Hi,
also, if you contact support, please make sure to include the technical logs, this is usually very helpful for finding the root cause of your problem. Just click on the little menu on top right, then click on "Save log file" and send the log file with your email to [email protected].

@kaichandler,
To add to what @al3x advised, the failure error relates to a possible issue with the source drive. You should be confident that if you supply the logs requested, the Hasleo Team will identify and then correct the issue, if it is a software glitch. There are numerous, possible causes for the source drive read error, of which many do not indicate a problem with the Hasleo Backup Suite. Your feedback is most welcome. Hasleo is 12 hours behind us, or thereabouts, so you should hear from @admin within 12 hours or so after the Hasleo Team has reviewed the logs you have already supplied. They might request additional logs to isolate and identify your issue. Have a great day. I've never had issues backing up my drives the USB WD Elements with Macrium Reflect. Any ideas please? We have analyzed the error code (0x0D1F0062000001B1), Windows returned the error code 0x1B1(A device which does not exist was specified.), which usually means that the disk was unplugged abnormally or went offline automatically. This is a relatively common issue because some users have encountered the 0x1B1 error when using a USB drive as the source or destination drive. From the log file you provided, it appears that the source disk went offline, so we can only suggest that you try using a new USB cable or connect the USB device to an external power source to see if the problem persists. |
