  Support for 'Install.esd' based ISO Images

Hello Sir,

'WinToUSB' is really an excellent and unique piece of Tool for 'Windows to GO'. But we need 'install.esd' too.

Specially I need support of 'install.esd' based AIO ISO Images.
i.e.

Currently I am using DISM method for 'install.esd' based ISOs.

If you convert it into GUI, then It will be more useful for us.
