MacBook Pro Windows ssd not showing

So I've retried win2usb process 4 times now trying legacy and vhd options. I'm trying to install Windows 10 on a. Samsung t3 for use on a MacBook Pro. I've initialised the efi partition as GPD 100mb in size as fat32. The second partition is the remainder size of the ssd as ntfs. The process goes through the conversion from the Windows ISo to the written Samsung ssd successfully each time.
When I reboot the MacBook Pro holding down the alt key the Samsung ssd never appears as a boot option
What to do?

Stop 0x0000007E booting from USB

I have cloned my Windows 7 SP1 64-bit using WinToUSB 3.1 to a Sandisk 500 external SSD. My laptop is a Lenovo T440. Before to clone I disabled the USB 3.0 support from BIOS to permit the windows 7 boot. The cloning was successfull.
Unfortunately, when I tried to boot from Sandisk I got Stop 0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFC00000005, ..........).
I'm able to boot in Safe Mode.
Any suggestion? Many thanks in advance.

WintoUSB ejects when windows is "sleeping"

So right now I use WintoUSB to use my laptop that has a broken HDD and everything is going really well! (It's an ASUS N550JK-DS71T, by the way) But the one, most aggravating issue is that whenever the computer is put to sleep, Windows ejects all flash drives including WintoUSB, essentially shutting down Windows by doing so. (And this gets really troublesome as I move between some classes).
So I came here to ask, does anybody know a way I can stop Windows from ejecting flashdrives when it sleeps? (Windows Settings? BIOS Settings?) Thanx.

hi all,
newbie, apprec quick clarification;
thinking to use wintousb (or wintohdd) to create bootable image of win7 installation - idea being to keep an image (status as of date of clone), so as able to re-image back to same laptop - basically backup/restore to point in time;
would this be acceptable usage scenario?
which more appropriate, wintousb or wintohdd?
