Just wondering - but is the recommended "SanDisk Extreme CZ80 USB 3.0 Flash Drive" usable for the newer VHD based method?

Hi, i've succesfully made a windows to go workspace on my lacie porsche slim drive 500GB, but i have a problem
The screen resolution is of 1600x900, on a screen that has a resolution of 1920x1080. I have tried to autoadjust the resolution, edit the registry... But nothing works
Any idea of how to fix it?

i am trying to get windows seven on an old hdd that i have using the windows to usb.
i have tried everything,
i went into the windows command prompt to make sure everything was off the hdd and converted the hdd to GPT then i created the 100mb FAT32 and the converted the rest of the hdd to NTFS.

I am also using usb3.

i can not get the wintousb software to locate the hdd in the drop down menu.

Please help.

I have run the WinToUSB and worked through a couple of problems but this one has me stumped. Run WinToUSB is run it will go ok up to the point where you select the destination drive. You choose it from the list and immediately I get this error "Sector size not supported 0X000000C104660000. I have scoured the posts but have found nothing. WinToUSB seems to create the WinPE no problems. Any help would be appreciated.
 

Please, I'd need someone to post the Diskpart sequence of commands to prepare the USB partitions for an EFI boot computer. I've trying hard to do it in many ways, but every attempt ends up at some point with the message "Operation not admitted on portable USB media", "Operation not admitted on a non-empty portable USB disk", and the like. Anyone can help me with this?. Thanks a lot.

What is the exact requirement for this?

Hi, i have a SanDisk CZ80 64 GB drive and  i installed win 7 ultimate x64 on it with Stable 2.0.

I Boot from Stick an install Drivers. Then i Reboot.

I became a Window who says me "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file.", the file is a "WinToUSBDisk.sys"

I cant start this Windows in any Mode again. What is wrong?

I got a "failed to run system api.(0x03F00015013B0000)" when trying to create a usb flash drive.  I would like to know what the user.log means if anyone knows?  I've attached it.

It runs very slowly on usb flash drive indeed and at the very last moment (at 100% installed) it fell over.  I am ultimately trying to boot my Asus T100 to run windows 8.1 externally so I can do my banking this way as no other op system runs on my machine.  

That would be excellent if anyone can interpret the log.

I'm thinking on buying a external hard drive of 1TB and 3.0 in order to install Windows on it but I don't know if it will work well. Have someone tried it?

I have successfully created a Win 8.1 external USB hard drive using WinToUSB and it works perfectly on my PC. However when I try to boot from it on my iMac (selecting the EFI Partition from boot devices) it just freezes. Any tips on how to make the drive compatible with Macs?

The hard drive I want to install it on is a 1TB Western Digital MyPassport Ultra (USB 3.0). It is currently formatted to NTFS. Again, I can boot it up on my PC just fine, but my iMac is a no go.
