error when backing up a system

I'm notified of an error  0x1EC90036000000E9 every time I try to backup a system.

email I receive:

subject: [❌Failed WORKGROUP\DESKTOP-C3SI6T1] Hasleo Backup Suite notification message from "System Backup 20250304163552"

System Backup
Task name: System Backup 20250304163552
Backup task to: \\10.0.20.225\public\karen\System Backup 20250304163552
Backup mode: Full
Compress level: High
Encryption mode: None
Start time: 4/25/2025 4:11:42 PM
Issued time: 4/25/2025 4:11:58 PM

The task failed with 0x1EC90036000000E9.

I have no clue where to look.  Please assist.

To further analyze the issues, please click "[Image: memu_normal.png]" > "Save log file" to open the save log file dialog, save the log file and then send it to us via email at [email protected]. And please provide some screenshots if possible.
