Regarding the issue, please click "[Image: memu_normal.png]" > "Save log file" to open the save log file dialog, save the log file and then send it to us via email at [email protected], and we will resolve it as soon as possible. Thanks.

Done!

2024-06-07 04:11:53 T:0000B8C0 .\EmailSender.cpp 197 Failed: 7 Couldn't connect to server
2024-06-07 04:11:53 T:0000B8C0 .\EmailSender.cpp 199 nRet=0x00C600D300000000
2024-06-07 04:11:53 T:0000B8C0 .\SendEmail.cpp 180 nRet=0x00C600D300000000

Seems the GUI test is using different code than the service or the service doesn't load the correct mail parameters.

In fact, they use the same code, so check to see if there are any other programs (antivirus software or system settings) that are preventing BackupWorker.exe from accessing the network.

I did add the Hasleo folder into Bitdefender exceptions but still it doesn't send the e-mail so it's not the AV.

Anything other than i can try ?

I'm so sorry, it works very well on our side and we can't do anything about it. It is recommended to test on a computer that does not have AV installed to see if it can send emails.
